血流と痛みとのあいだに強い関係を報告した論文をまとめました
疼痛症状の強いテニス肘の22例中21例でドップラー信号の異常あり 痛みのない人では２２例中２例のみに異常を認めた。痛みのある人にそのドップラーの部分の近くに局所麻酔をすると痛みが改善した。

昔の関節鏡の論文
10代の著名な疼痛を伴った股関節唇損傷の患者で保存的に治療した。
２例で治療前後の関節鏡の所見が得られた。2人とも股関節唇損傷自体は残っていた。痛みがあった時に観察された異常に拡張した血管が、治療後には2人とも観察できなかった。
